My family & I loved our stay! It’s steps to the pedestrian beach and the views to the ocean and great. Rooms and bathrooms we spacious. Definitely kid and pet friendly! Communication with Kat our host was so easy and quick. Check in was easy. Not too far from the convenience store and some restaurants. Tried the snow cones and local coffee place and it was both good! Wait times at salty pelican were too long but food was great. Don’t forget your mosquito spray! We definitely recommend you give this stay a try!

Great access to beach.

We had a great stay at this location. The beach is right there, and tends to be very quiet in the mornings and evenings. The restaurants in the area i'd recommend are the seahorse grill and dorado's. Highly recommend booking this place. Great hosts accomodated us. Would book again.

Great family beach vacation

This was a perfect house for our 2-family vacation that included an infant, 3 toddlers, and 2 primary school aged kids. The distance from the beach was perfect and ample space for everyone inside. The kitchen is basic, but if you’re really into cooking you might want to bring your own essentials (eg sharp knife, etc). Thank you for a lovely vacation.

PERFECT Location!

This house was maybe a 30 second walk to Surside’s best beach for kiddos! The host was wonderful and extremely quick to answer. Other than a few very minor cosmetic things, the house was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house was pet friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Great Property

This house was perfect for our family, including my 2 grandsons (11/2 and 3). It was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the beach from our second floor porch! The beach was very close to the house. The host was also very helpful and answered my questions quickly ( especially the one about how to turn on the TV!).

Classmates

We had a great overall stay, even right after Hurricane Beryl..there were a couple leaks, but the owner was right in it to get it fixed. They even offered to refund our stay if we wanted to cancel our trip. But we decided we wanted to stay and we are glad we did. The host was amazing!! The house was clean, a/c worked great and the location is perfect!

Perfect family stay!

This house is super close to the pedestrian beach with a great patio. With smaller kids, it was more relaxing to stay where we didn’t need to worry about cars on the beach. Growing up close to surfside, we have stayed at many beach houses but this was definitely a favorite. Often the houses smell of mold and the tap water is yellow with an awful smell. The tap water here was so much better and the bottled water machine was a huge plus for drinking water. Kat was such a great host with prompt instructions and responses. Highly recommend this house and we plan to rent this location again!

Kat was very attentive as the host and gave us early check-in. The house is right on the beach and very easily hosted our group of adults. The beach itself is clean and relatively uncrowded.

We've stayed in several beach houses around Surfside over the past few years, and this is by far our favorite! It was the perfect home for our extended family vacation, with guests of all ages and our fur-babies.The location couldn't have been better. It was so convenient to take the younger kids back and forth to the beach whenever they needed a break, got hungry, or needed to use the restroom. We were able to set up our spot on the beach early each morning and leave everything in place until the evening because we could easily keep an eye on it from the deck. The views were absolutely unbeatable! This property is truly a gem. The house is well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. The outdoor hot/cold shower was a huge bonus after spending the day at the beach. We also really appreciated the water filtration system and water cooler—thoughtful amenities that not every house in the area offers. This home has definitely earned a spot on our favorites list, and we can't wait to come back!

Family beach trip

Kat was amazing, keeping us informed in the days and hrs leading up to our check in. We loved the super close proximity to the beach. Everyone loved tge deck with its amazing ocean views and comfortable seating. All the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fully equipped- even had a blender! The outdoor shower was particularly helpful to rinse the children off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
