Peaceful and cozy duplex with antique charm just a 3 min walk from the Surfside Beach. This newly decorated 2 story beach house has 1br/1ba unit with 2 beds downstairs and 2br/1ba unit with 3 beds upstairs. Each unit has separate entries, living rooms and fully stocked kitchens.
Duplex comfortably sleep two families of 4 people each or a big group of 8 (or up to 10 in a cozier accommodation). Two spacious decks, fire pit and two restaurants in a walkable distance.

This charming new rental features 2 living rooms with 55" 4K Smart TVs, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms + 1 bonus bedroom with curtains for privacy and 2 spacious decks. The “Sunrise Deck” and “Sunset Deck” provide the perfect spot to recline with a cold drink in hand and feel the ocean breeze. There is also nice patio where you can grill and relax. It has picnic table and a hammock, which is very easy to set up and enjoy. And when you're ready to head to the beach, it's just a quick 3-minute walk!
This two-units home can comfortably host a big family of 8-10 people, or two families of 4-5 people. It makes it easy for two families or a large group of friends to enjoy time together while also having some personal space. Also, it's great for a younger family with kids who would like to bring their retired parents on vacation. Or it’s fun for teenagers who may like to hang out away from small children. Our goal is rest and joy for everyone, and the convenient two-unit layout that guarantees this! Both units come with your reservation. We do not rent the units separately.

"Blue Lagoon" unit –– 1st floor - It has a living room, kitchen, open bedroom and bathroom. Sleeps 4-5 people. (1 queen, 1 double, 1 sofa).
"Coral Paradise" unit –– 2nd floor - It has a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bonus bedroom and 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4-5 people. (1 king, 2 twins, 1 sofa)
Laundry room under front deck has dryer and washer and some beach gear for your comfort and convenience.

You will have access to both units. Smart lock for unit 1 is located on the back of the property. Second smart lock is on the entry door to unit 2 upstairs.
You must be over 25 years old to book the place. Ratio of 1 adult over 25 to every 3 guests under 25 is required. No parties allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please keep this place clean and nice.
