Nestled between Surfside Beach and Christmas Bay, Danya's retreat was designed by our family for you! The home was intentionally designed without carpet, rugs, and curtains as they can attract dust and sand. Windows have been treated with reflective tint for added privacy. Additionally, bedding was selected to be hypoallergenic. The space is open, free from unnecessary clutter or breakable décor, and child friendly. The home comes equipped with several amenities so you can pack lightly. Getaways are intended to be peaceful, relaxing, and hassle free. Standing next to the majestic ocean rejuvenates the soul and nothing should take away from that experience. A true retreat is the experience we aim to gift you.

With 4 balconies across two levels, we have maximized your ability to soak in invigorating views of the surrounding nature. The property sits between wetlands and the gulf, truly offering stunning views from all angles. Sitting just steps from the ocean, you can relax to the soothing sound of the waves kissing the shoreline and feel the crisp breeze refreshen your senses. For a different flavor, gaze over the wetlands to spot beautiful birds from amongst 200 species, soaring over Brazoria's Wildlife Refuge.

Sitting on the outskirts of Surfside as beachfront, oceanfront, and wetland front, the property offers the best of all worlds. Far enough to lend to a feeling of seclusion yet still conveniently close enough to indulge in shopping, dining, and other activities. While the home comes equipped with several amenities such as kayaks, surfboards, life jackets, lounge chairs, beach toys, and more, there is no shortage of rental options nearby, such as golf carts & fishing gear. The sky is the limit with possible activities for your group from fishing, power paragliding, surfing, to a quick drive to major attractions such as Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, or Pleasure Pier boardwalk.

If you prefer to lay low and relax indoors, we have you covered. After grilling scrumptious burgers, kick back in the comfortable genuine leather recliners, while watching a movie. Immerse yourself into a timeless book from the reading nook while enjoying floor to ceiling, unobstructed ocean views. Want to set the mood? Turn on the electric fireplace & its soothing glow, with or without the heat function. Need more? Sing your heart out using the large karaoke system. Play giant sized games like Jenga or Sorry! Any gamers in your group? Go upstairs to the game room and game away on the preloaded Xbox. While some watch, play or sing, others can Tic Tac Toe or challenge each other to a game of Chess/Checkers/Scrabble.
