「We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was so nice and clean. The owners John & Julie were as nice as can be. Communication was a 10/10. They were so accommodating to us arriving early and leaving a little later the day of check out. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic with the cooler weather. The condo is right down from Magic Carpet golf that was so fun! I loved the property and the pet areas! Definitely recommend this condo for your Galveston stay! 」

「The building it self it old but the unit has been updated aand is very nice. The property was very nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed the 3 pools. We will stay here again if we come back.」

「Brenda was a wonderful host. Very easy instructions on arrival. Although the exterior of the complex seems dated, don’t let that fool you. They are constantly upgrading and doing on going maintenance. The interior was beautiful and looked like it was recently renovated. The condos are on the edge of town. You are away from most of the activity in town, which I consider a good thing. If you like to be where the action is, it’s only a few miles down the road. I enjoyed my time there immensely. 」

「While this property did have a nice view and served as a usable home-base during my daughter's cheer competition at the convention center, there were a few issues that would keep us from renting again. First of all, the door lock system is one of the weirdest we've encountered requiring you to turn two different types of door handles simultaneously (gotta put groceries down for this one). There is no deadbolt, at all, and my wife did not feel safe with that so we piled stuff in front of the door...

「The dryer was not functional - extremely loud screeching noise-notified owner and maintenance. No response from maintenance; owner said thank you for letting us know. Obvious they knew it was not functional. Made it hard to dry beach/pool towels. Front bedroom has an aggravating low hum from the modem. Maintenance relocated and stopped for one night and then got louder. Unpleasant trying to go to sleep. Can’t believe I am first to call to their attention. Sad!」

「The resort itself is beautiful & has wonderful amenities. Our unit, 516, was not up to the standards we expected. The patio door is almost unmanageable to open, the bunk bed room has no closet access & no mirror. Both the hall tub & primary shower need strips so they are not so slippery. The primary closet was barely useable, full of odds & ends, plus a rod so high, it was unreachable for me. No dresser in the primary bedroom.
