「Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.」

「Upon entering, the hotel smelled dank, moist, and damp. Our room was not very clean, and smelled like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The floor was sticky, and there were food crumbs, dust, dirt, and hair along all of the walls on the floor. Walls were grimy and dirty. None of the plug-ins in the room worked except the one by the bathroom sink. Floors in the main hallways were stained and extremely dirty. We did not see any bed bugs. 「Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive.」

「The first thing we noticed was a strong smell of weed, no matter where we went in the hotel. The hallways were poorly lit, and our door was broken. You had to push and pull at the same time to force it closed. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling and going down the wall, as well as a very questionable stain on the chair. The hot water took forever to heat up and ran slowly. But the worst was the cockroach that ran across the breakfast counter!! I will never stay here again!」

「Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all.
