The Panoramic - Huge Views, Close To Wineries, Firepit, Nature, Private Acreage
Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom house situated on top of a ridge with a 180 degree, 40 mile panoramic view of the hill country from the spacious back deck. Gorgeous sunsets, moonlit bonfires, star gazing and wildlife viewing are daily activities at this peaceful property. 2 miles to Bankersmith dance hall, 6 miles from the wineries, Luckenbach, Old Tunnel bat cave state park, and a quick 11 minute drive into downtown Fredericksburg. Gated, charcoal grill, fire pit and two porches.
This is a very special place. The views here are endless and mesmerizing. The sunrise and sunset are our favorite parts of the day. The wildlife is unbelievable too - we constantly have axis deer, whitetail deer, fox, armadillos, hawks, owls, bats and other beautiful animals on the property. It's extremely quiet here and we have very few neighbors, as the back of the property faces out over massive ranch lands.
Nights gathered around the firepit and stargazing are our other favorite things to do. And when you want to go to town, we are only 10-15 minutes from most things. There are also some great local spots right by us - Luckenbach, Bankersmith, Old Tunnel State Park, Alamo Springs Cafe - so you really don't have to go very far unless you want to. This is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
We have three very private and distinct properties on our 8.6 acre slice of hill country heaven:
The house (The Panoramic), a 1950's Spartan Trailer (The Mansion) and a studio building (The Cathedral). Each have their own private driveway and amenities. Inquire with us about renting for larger groups.

Clean, comfortable beds, Had to rustic feel, beautiful view, deer passing through the property, very peaceful & relaxing. Close to town and wineries. We were not disappointed in our stay & will book again.
Three of us spent two nights in this cute little house. It was very cozy and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was at night. We would definitely stay again.
Absolutely amazing view. It felt like a cottage with all the amenities. Such a great place to get away for a little while. Bonus: both mattresses were very comfortable!!!
House suited my party of three perfectly. We especially enjoyed the deck, grounds and the hammock. Wonderful location out of town. In April, wildflowers and butterflies were plentiful on the property. Relax and enjoy!
The property manager/owner was highly responsive. The property was super clean and the linen was very fresh and was comfortable to sleep on. Please take your shoes off because you will love walking around on the clean vintage tile barefoot. They had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bring your own soap and toiletries. 100% will stay here again.
We loved our time here, and enjoyed how close it was to Luchenbach. Owners commutation was excellent and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. The back deck was perfect for star gazing!
This property was just what we were looking for! The views were amazing and it was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Highly recommend this place and the hosts! They set a new standard for our expectations of hospitality.
Hosts were very accommodating and were gracious to us when we didn’t book correctly. The space was extremely clean and nice when we got there, including instructions for the house and a personalized note! Would definitely book here again.
This was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some time away in the hill country. It is very conveniently located to luckenbach and Fredericksburg and is tucked away in a great neighborhood. Lots of space a privacy - watched deer and beautiful birds out the window in the morning. There is a fire pit with a view and we enjoyed roasting marshmallows over that.
Both beds are comfortable and we used the pullout couch for the kids.
It was so nice and tranquil out there! Communication with the host were almost immediate and fantastic stay instructions. It's really beautiful out there! My 21 year old daughter was disappointed that there was not a TV but we were very glad there wasn't. :-) Loved it!
Lovely home. Owners checked to make sure we were settled and everything was as it should be- which it was.

A Treasure
What an unexpected treasure. This was just a stop for us on the way to Big Bend but it could have easily been the whole trip.
Very nice house with eclectic furnishings. Well appointed kitchen and large outdoor deck looking over a valley. Super quiet area.
The record player was fun to use and just hanging out was a nice change of pace.
