Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. My daughter and I stay here for our annual Mother daughter trip. It was our first time to Fredricksburg and the owners were so kind and gave some wonderful recommendations. We loved the charm of this house and the location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from downtown. We took the bikes for a ride one night and found a great restaurant just a couple blocks over and then cruised around downtown to do some window shopping. We loved our stay and will be back again someday.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with the wifey. It was walking distance from the main drag, restaurants and shopping. When we go back we will def stay here again. Oh and the owners were very nice and gave a lot of recommendations on where to eat, drink, and explose.

Me and my wife had a great stay at Serendipity June 11-13 (weekend getaway). Great location, a couple mins from Main Street, there are bicycles on the property for use as well. The couple who owned the place are very friendly.
