Revel in the comfort of this colorful 2BR 2Bath house in the quaint neighborhood of Fredericksburg, TX. The home promises an entertaining, family-friendly retreat only one mile from Main St, easy access to restaurants, attractions, famous wineries, and antique shops.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen will set the stage for many memorable evenings. Decorated with MeMe's antiques, there is even a baby grand piano!
The primary bedroom features a antique queen size bed with ensuite bath.
The guest sleeping area is a loft up a spiral staircase with a queen size bed and bathroom.
Vaulted ceilings throughout, spacious back deck to enjoy the outdoors, plenty of off-street parking.

Great place
Great location walkable to downtown. Cute house. Upstairs shower faucet was on upside down though so you only got hot or cold water nothing in between. Should be an easy fix with just a screw driver.

Quick trip to Fredericksburg
We booked this house in order to attend a wedding in Fredericksburg. We were quite comfortable in the house and appreciated the prompt reply from management when we had questions. The house is close to everything and was a great place to stay. We'd definitely consider booking it again. Thanks.

Cozy and cute
Stayed at Meme’s Purple Barn for a weekend. After walking around Fredericksburg’s Main Street, this purple barn was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to Main Street and the Pacific War Museum, this place offers convenience to many great food places as well. Absolutely recommend it for a quick get away to wine taste, shop, and eat great food at Fredericksburg. Thank you, Meme’s Purple Barn Staff for keeping us comfortable. Maria S

Loved it
When we walked in i was taken back in time to my grandma's house. The house is cozy and is great for spending time together as a family. We loved the eat in kitchen! Coffee and tea were provided, which we were very thankful for after a day at Oktoberfest! We take frequent trips to Fredericksburg and will definitely be staying here again!!

Weekend Getaway
Wanted a weekend getaway to celebrate my wife's birthday. This was a great location close to everything Fredericksburg. It was clean and comfy. We were shocked at the size giving us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Decorated in an old fashioned eclectic style made it all the more fun. This was a great place to say and Marnie made the check-in/check out process fast and painless. 5 Stars all around.

Cutest house!
They absolutely loved our stay! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and they had an easy system for check in and check out. However when it did state two bedroom it did not have two separate bedrooms; one was actually an open loft. I it was an absolutely adorable, comfortable, and a complete kitchen which is always helpful. Only complaint was that in the main bedroom we had to use both fans on each side of the bed because the air conditioning did not cool down that room at all
