As a family of 6 with kids ranging from high school to young elementary age we ALL were able to have fun at the house! The amenities on the property are fun, the house fits the hill country charm, and everything was impeccable. Would love to come back again next year!

Great spot close to town. Excellent amenities (fire pit, cowboy pool that was heated, large connect four game, and golf putting spot). We used all four at one point or another and really enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite was the gas pit where we could roast some smores! My wife and daughter thought the beds were really comfortable as well! They were soft like falling into a cloud.

We enjoyed our stay and the close location to everything in Fredericksburg. No issues with property. Joe was very responsive to the one question I had .
