Father son trip

Beautiful new home. Plenty of space for a small group to stay at and have their own space too. Owner was very good and quick on responding. It was perfect for what we needed in the area. Very clean too.

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed a girl's weekend with four of us. The house was large and comfortable as we were snowed in one day but had plenty of room to relax, play games. The house was only 6 minutes from Frederick. Great house, location and stay. Thank you so much! And our host was really available!

Great House for Groups

We used the house for a golf getaway and it was a perfect set up for our group. It’s a huge house and it is newly built. Kitchen, living and dining areas were generous and gave us the space we needed. 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms housed us well. The electric combo lock made it easy to check in. We would have like to see more ceiling lighting in the bedrooms but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the stay. Highly recommended!

Clean and close to downtown

Very clean new-construction townhouse in a neighborhood where there is still some building activity going on. About a 30 minute mostly flat walk to downtown Market Street. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. Beds were comfortable. We liked having a Keurig (no regular coffee maker) and an electric water kettle in the kitchen. Also liked having access to the garage.

Clean, Spacious, and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay while we celebrated a friend’s 40th birthday touring the many breweries in the Frederick area. This townhouse was new and clean and only 2 minutes away from downtown. There was a minor miscommunication regarding number of visitors. When searching for a place, I searched for 4 adults, but during the booking process, only 1 adult was selected. I was informed that there would be an upcharge when the owner discovered this discrepancy, but we talked through it and resolved the issue, chalking it up to an error on VRBOs behalf while booking. We would stay again if needed, and would recommend this property if you’re staying in the Frederick area.

Beautiful home

This new home is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood for walks, still under construction right across the street. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. We were surprised to discover that there is a family living in the basement, as we thought we had rented the entire home. Apparently, it is disclosed on the website if you click on "See all rooms and bed details" and look under the 3 bathrooms section that the basement is not part of the rental, it is occupied. It think this should have been declared in a more obvious and appropriate place on the listing. They have a separate entrance and cannot enter the floors of the home where we stayed. You can hear them talking, playing music, watching tv, even smell the food they are cooking. Other than this unexpected situation, the home was great!

Girlfriend Getaway

College friends gathering for the night to celebrate marriage of another friend. The house was perfect. Everyone got their own room, the living room and kitchen was the perfect amount of space and seating for us to spend time together. The house was lovely and we would love to come back again.
