About this space
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located newly remodeled, 2 bedroom historic condo in the Frederick neighborhood of Mount Olivet Heights. Park in 1 of the 2 designated parking spots and stroll down 4 blocks to Downtown Frederick, MD to shop, dine, stroll along Carrol Creek, and make a night of it.
The space
Take in the light as you venture through this unique space!

This condos offers two bedrooms with two queen beds. The pass through bedroom doubles as an office, which is fully set up to plug your laptop in to the adapter and get straight to work with the 2 monitors provided and High-Speed Internet.

If you opt for the night in, kickback and relax. You can settle in to read your favorite book or search to find your TV show using the high speed Wi-Fi. To top off the cozy, the velvety plush sofa converts to a queen sized bed to accommodate up to 2 more guests.

The modern bathroom is stocked with absorbent towels and just maybe that toiletry you forgot.

We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do! If there is anything missing, please let us know so we can make each stay more comfortable, fun, efficient and relaxing than the last!

Other things to note
Watch your step!!! There are several floor transitions from room to room that were created during the 2023 remodel to bring new floors in yet preserve the original floors where available.

The second bedroom is considered a pass-through bedroom with access to the main bedroom and has laundry located in the closet.

First-time visit to the USA from Tanzania

I booked this property for my Tanzanian business partner and his wife who were visiting the US for the first time. I wanted to provide them a small town/city feel with all the comforts of the season and access to all things downtown Frederick. The place was perfect. The location was exactly what we needed because they wanted to be able to venture into Frederick’s downtown area without a car. It was exactly what we were looking for.They said over and over, “I can’t believe how peaceful it is here”. The wife kept asking where she could get bedding like the sheets she slept in because it was so comfortable. Tara was extremely kind and helpful. The process was easy. My business partner plans to return in the Spring and hopes to stay here again. Thank you for making this a memorable first time for a very important business associate and friend.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely adorable rental! One of our favorite..has so much personality, kind of a retro chic place, but with everything you would need for your stay. Tara was a superb host..let us get into the rental early to fit our schedule, and extremely prompt to reply to any questions we had..We look forward to staying here again! A few stairs to climb, but well worth it! Highly recommend

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a perfect location and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My favorite part of the property was the beautiful hallway leading to the bedrooms - there was so much natural light coming in from the windows. Tara was very accommodating. When we told her we would be arriving very late, she turned down our beds and turned on the heating to ensure our comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend
