The saltwater pool with Roman steps and a fully fenced area invites you to spend long, refreshing afternoons in total tranquility. Outdoors, table football, ping pong and swing ensure fun for all ages, while indoors, a billiard room sets the stage for evening games and challenges. To fully enjoy life in the open air and end the day with a dinner under the stars, the villa features a lit gazebo and adjacent barbecue area with wood-fired oven, ideal for grilling and homemade pizza nights. The ground floor opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace, connected to a retro-style billiard room. From here, you access the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, both with direct exit to the garden. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, features two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one with shower, the other with both bathtub and shower—a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
