可もなく不可もなくで、スタッフの方々は親切でフレンドリーで親しみやすかったです。天気が悪く景色はあまり楽しめませんでした。もちろんこの宿泊施設のせいではありませんが。

Nice, comfortable hotel
Very nice hotel with comfortable furniture and amenities. Enjoyed nice view from the terrace also. Great to have a bathtub but probably bit difficult to provide enough hot water for all rooms? But anyway, kitchen and bathroom are all clean and in good condition. I was able to enjoy my stay there.

Very clean and spacious room. Loved the central location to walk to grocery store and dinner. Highly recommend Alice May restaurant down the street. Overall our time in Franz Josef was enjoyable and memorable.

Large, beautifully appointed room with private patio with view of the mountains and glaciers. Small town, so great location. A little pricey, but it was peak season...

We were friends traveling together that were in the corner apartment. This room had a fabulous view of the mountains. Very clean, excellent Parkin and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone.

The property was in a good location with regard to walking to town - just a few minutes to all the restaurants and tour organizations. The beds are too soft and not at all supportive - this could be improved. While showering at 7:45am the water temp (on full hot) went for medium warm to tepid - obviously lots of customers using hot water at this time - this could be improved.

Anthony was very friendly and helpful at checking. The motel was clean, very spacious and convenient to Franz Josef shops, restaurants and hikes. We were able to cook our own meals at the property which was convenient. We would recommend this motel to others.

grande chambre avec lit king size - stationnement direct devant la chambre - cuisine - frigo - grille pains - cafetière - tout ce qu'il faut (café - thé - chocolat -) nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner dans la chambre (nickel) la nuit était très calme - aucun bruit - réception très pro et souriante - je recommande vivement cet hôtel à deux pas des restos et commerces -

Good location
Motel is in good location just a few minutes walk from Franz Josef town. Room was a good size with everything that was needed for our one night stay.

It was rocky whether we'd be able to go and i was devastated, as it was the only day we planned to be in the area and this was to be a special anniversary adventure. BUT, it all worked out. We weren't able to make a landing but the pilot was so accommodating, providing great education about the spectacular views and an awesome chopper experience ❤
