5. New 2023 Village of Franklin (Local law No. 2) Short-term rental regulations:
-parking: no motor vehicles shall be parked on the lawn or landscaped
areas.
- No RV's or trailers
-Be considerate to your neighbors- keep noise to a minimum; amplification
of music outside of the rental unit is a violation of local Law No. 2
- Violation is subject to a fine in the amount of $250-500, and will be the
responsibility of the renter.
-A copy of Local Law No. 2 will be available within the residence.
