お部屋はデザインも良く、快適ですが狭くて必要最低限の設備しかありません。アメニティも最小限です。電気ケトルもないし、仕事できるデスクもないです。 本当に外で過ごして帰って寝るだけ、という点ではおしゃれで快適です。仕事したい日はロビーのビッグテーブルでする、という観点で部屋をミニマムにしてコストカットしたカジュアルホテルです。観光的な立地はとてもいいです。朝食も充実しています。

The hotel and room were both nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Also very walkable and close to attractions, restaurants and hop on bus stop. My only complaint would be that they didn’t have a coffee maker or kettle in the room or one to use for the night so in the morning you can’t enjoy a nice coffee in your room you have to go downstairs to the bar/restaurant to have one or to get hot water to bring back up to your room. A little inconvenient.

I would say that there are no toothpaste, toothbrush, no hair dryer, no body lotion, no tea/coffee maker. It would be wonderful for such a price to have those things.

We enjoyed our stay here. So easy to walk to romer square or the river. Room was very clean, beds and pillows comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Todo bien pero el baño (la regadera) había mucho ruido supongo era el extractor o algo así. También se oía mucho ruido de las habitaciones contiguas y del pasillo. Aunque no es culpa del hotel que las personas sean ruidosas si deberían de ser más habitaciones a prueba de ruido. La habitación es pequeña aunque linda y confortable, lo que si se me hizo mal también es que por el precio ni una agua de regalo ponen. Esta cerca de muchos restaurantes y en el centro así que es muy conveniente, así como las instalaciones siempre las encontré limpias. Es súper que tenga Parking.

The hotels lobby and hallways was at 80 degrees.My room was never cooler than 75 degrees, with an open window. I was miserable, sweating all night long. I got little to no sleep for 3 nights. Front desk offers no help. The outside temps at night were 35 degrees and the open window didn't cool the room? The road noise was obnoxious. 309 euros for a room that was uninhabitable, because of the hotels heat. Front desk didn't care. Don't stay here if you like/need to sleep!

Motel One is a very clean hotel. Staff were good. Rooms are small and only really appropriate for sleeping. Don't count on getting any work done as there is no desk. The lounge on the main floor of this hotel is very comfortable. The area of the hotel seems fine, but at night it's not well lit and there aren't many people around.

The hotel is tucked away from the pedestrian/tourist heavy areas, which were still just a few minutes away on foot. The large lounge area in the lobby was fantastic. As for the room, I was in a queen room facing the street - it was very quiet and comfortable, with modern arrangement and decor - a nice set up for relaxing as well for working in the room. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my quick few days in the city.

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich gut. Ich bin gerne in den Hotels der Motel One Kette und finde das Römer-Hotel sehr angenehm. Ein großes Manko sind jedoch die laut schließenden Türen, die einen keine Nacht ruhig schlafen lassen. Das hat auch nichts mit der geschäftigen Silvesternacht zu tun, sondern einfach mit den sehr lauten Schäge die die Tür verursachen und einem aus dem Schlaf reißen. Zudem stellte ich ein extreme Hellhörigkeit der Wände fest. Ich konnte am Nachmittag die komplette laute Unterhaltung einer englischsprachigen Familie/Paares verfolgen. Das war unangenehm. Gott sei Dank passierte das nicht in der Nacht. Ich war auf der 2. Etage untergebracht. Ich würde diese Etage nicht mehr beziehen, falls die angesprochenen Probleme sich (hoffentlich) nur auf das Stockwerk beziehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Check In und Frühstückservice waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Such a good experience in this place. I expent nye night. Went to iron bridge before midnight return after midnight waking by myself in a crowded environment and I felt safe. Arrived to hotel all-right. Oh! They allowed me to use my room as soon i showed up at 11am instead of 3pm. ☺️

Perfect Location
Great hotel in fantastic location! Right next to the old town, shops and Christmas Markets. Tram stop directly out the front - very convenient! Clean and comfortable too!

Location is central and within walking distance to Christmas market .The bar area was superb with comfortable seats and very spacious. One thing lacking was no provision of a kettle for tea/ coffee in the room.

Christmas Markets
First I must mention a particular staff member that made our stay so enjoyable. Waitress Pina helped our Christmas market adventure the best. She helped us get to the train station on the trams near the hotel, she told us to try Heidlburg's Christmas market and it was perfect. She was the sole reason for my sisters and I to go down to the bar each night. She was kind and had great local information. Myself and my sister were born in Frankfurt and she told us the old hospital was now the embassy in Frankfurt. She was such a joy. Will be staying at this hotel every time I come to Frankfurt.

Good location. Rooms were tiny- and not all that nice. The lobby, bar and restaurant were nice. Close location to “New-Old Town”. About a 5 min walk to a handful of restaurants and pubs. Points for location - I would consider something else a:in the area based on the rooms (unless you are traveling solo it will be cramped)

The hotel was very clean, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, buses and tram right outside the hotel.. We had no idea what we were getting into when we booked our room, we were extremely satisfied. We would absolutely go back.

Number 1 in Frankfurt Römer. Surroundings enable you to have pleasure.. Best place for a shorr time Neighborness to Goethe. Otel is very clean but the rooms are not big enough. Suitable for short accommodation.
