The hotel itself was fine but very basic. Small, no dining service and no ability to set the temperature in individual rooms. The area around it is not good. It is the first time I've seen people openly smoking crack on the streets during the morning (and evening) rush hours. Really not a good look for Frankfurt. Also, this hotel is located on a busy road with lots of emergency vehicles using sirens to get through the nearby intersection, so very noisy.

I was robbed walking from the station to the hotel. The area is the worst and most unsafe I have seen anywhere in Europe and is among the worst I have seen in any of the 40 countries I have been in. At the police station the officer taking my report stated this is the worst crime area in Germany. The hotel is marginal with many features of the room inoperablere- safe (was moved to another room) fridge, lamp, bathroom fan noisy. I abandoned the second night which was prepaid and non-refundable and moved on.

L'hôtel en lui meme est correct. Par contre là ou j'étais un peu déçu c'est qu'il n'avait même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre alors que c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles. J'avais demandé une chambre lit double mais j'ai eu des lit jumeaux donc pas terrible quand on se retrouve dans le creux entre les 2 lits. La qualité de la literie et des serviettes de bains c'est vraiment du bas de gamme, j'ai vraiment mal dormi dans ce lit. Et pour finir il y avait un cafard dans ma chambre... Au pied de l'hôtel vous trouverez pas mal de sdf, de crackers et autres vendeur de drogues ambulants. Pour trouver une place pour se garer faut avoir de la chance ou aimer la marche. Le seul point positif c'était la taille de la chambre et son prix peu élevé.

It was so dirty- there were so many stains in the bathroom, nothing was clean, the fridge was broken and the staff wasn‘t that polite. However the location is pretty ideal and price point was still fine so meh.

+Zimmer- und Badgröße - Miserabler Fernsehempfang (ganze 3 Sender). Sehr laute Heizung im Hotelflur vor dem Zimmer. Wollte in der Nacht noch das Zimmer wechseln. Kommentar vom Nachtdienst: "Problem ist bekannt, ich tue was dagegen. Sie brauchen das Zimmer nicht zu wechseln". Wenn es schon bekannt war, wieso war es nicht schon repariert und wieso wurden die betroffenen Zimmer überhaupt belegt? Bei Abreise keinerlei Wort des Badauerns seitens des Hotelpersonals. Daher: Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Schon in Ordnung
Preis Leistung nahe der Messe ist Top, Parksituation katastrophe, Drogenhotspot vor der Tür, leichter Geruch im Bad und TV funktionierte nicht. Aufgrund des Preises und der Lage zu Messezeit würde ich 3,8 Sterne vergeben ansonsten würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer weitestgehend Ok
