Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Silberfischle im Zimmer. Sauberkeit vom Zimmer und Bad nicht gut. Ansprechpartner für Probleme an der Rezeption einfach nur Schlecht. Keine Entschuldigung keine Ermäßigung. Nie wieder .

Great location just a 5 minute drive to and from the airport using the hotel shuttle bus that rides every 30 minutes. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The only flaw we found was that the room was a bit hot and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Cozy beds. Breakfast was great.

Nice enough room, but 1.6 km from the airport and shuttle bus was on two hour break when we arrived, safe enough walk vis a vis sidewalks, but a longer haul than i expected. Saw afterwards we could have S Bahn,'d.

Nice and efficient. Surprisingly quiet when the windows are closed. The shower floor is very flat and requires some care not to overflow. I find this is often the case in contemporary shower stalls, so it is not unique to this establishment.

Expedia needs to alert prospective customers to this property that the hotel is no cash; only credit cards can be used to pay for anything. Additionally, Expedia needs to alert customers that the bus shuttle to the hotel is not adequately marked. Instead users are forced to asked the several lines if they service that Holiday Inn. There's nothing wrong with the hotel. The problem lies in the inaduate information that Expedia supplies. Also, Expedia needs to supply reservation numbers in case a customer wants to cancel a reservation. A telephone number for the hotel would also help.

The night staff was horrible. There was this one guy who was manning the desk and he was rude and curt and on top of it gave us a room with no air conditioning. The whole room was hot and stuffy. The hotel is big with so many empty rooms. I cannot believe he gave our family that one room where the AC didn’t work. We had to ask for a table fan which they gave us reluctantly past midnight.
The front desk guy most likely could be new at the people facing job, that’s the only benefit of the doubt I can give him.

Preis für eine Übernachtung wurde doppelt berechnet. Meine Kreditkarte wurde bereits im Februar durch den Vermittler belastet.
Ich habe dementsprechend das Doppelzimmer 2x bezahlt und laufe jetzt meinem Geld hinterher.
Das ist mir noch nie passiert.
