location is too far from the train station
The location is too far from the train station. We ended up taking a taxi instead of walking to the station. Also, a lot of surrounding areas are under construction. Otherwise, it was fine. May not stay there again because of location.

Shopping mall located just across the street made it easy to grab a coffee or meal and do some shopping. Other restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Central train station was about a 15 min walk. Will definitely look into staying here again if I ever find myself in Frankfurt.

Good value for money
Loved the hotel. We just stayed overnight. Bathroom and room was enough spacious for two people. Only improvement I can think of based on one night is they could provide water bottles at the room.

Staff is nice and helpful. Our room has a strange entrance with two extra doors on each side, and we can hear the loud neighbor very well. There is a black sock left in the dryer and stains on the sheet for the sofa bed. There is big construction site outside the apartment now. By the way, Frankfurt Main Train Station is so filthy and scary. I'd definitely avoid it if I knew.

The hotel was beautiful but the staff, especially this one lady in the front was extremely rude! Hotel didnt accomadate our needs, 2 months before our stay we booked 2 rooms and fully paid them in advanced. we asked both room to be next to each other, which shouldnt be a huge issue especially since we are requesting it 2 months prior to our stay. When we got to the hotel they wouldnt give us the rooms next to each other and told us we had to email them before to ask for this request, i showed them my multiple emails from 2 months ago and they didnt know what to answer.. still didnt give me my 2 rooms next to each other. Girl at the front desk tried helping but didnt understand and asked her collegue who doesnt know how to speak to customer! She started screaming at us telling us that she can’t and wont accomodate us!

Good stay
New hotel, new furniture etc. In the kitchen part of the studio you find all relevant things. Free coffee in the lobby. Bed very comfortable, only the pillows were terrible (30 cm thick, hard as a board). Except for this small detail, my stay was perfect.

A night with noisy junkies
Overall, could have been a nice stay, however experienced unacceptable continuous night noise up to 02:30 from some junkies guests. These guests live in low priced rooms and move furniture, slam door and hammer relentlessly. Managrnt is aopearantly aware of problem but decided it is ok for regular guests to pay full prices while I could not sleep till 3am. I did like 24hrs lobby and room coffee. No breakfast served.

Decent for money
I stayed in a studio de luxe. View of room was great. The size And location as well. The cutlery, plates etc were limited in the kitchenette. The dishwasher was not working great and the heating system not either (difficult to keep it cool in the night). Gym very limited (no free weights). However I would stay here again, especially for the location and apart hotel concept.
