It worked for our stay but was expecting it to be a little nicer. The flooring has trip and height changes that our group slipped down more than once.

Excellent. My family was happy with our stay. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Main Street area and beach.Host was available and responsive when contacted. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely stay again. HIGHLY recommend.

It had some problems but I understand it is a project in progress. I wouldn't of rented it until done. The host did contact us when we had problems. They need a booklet to let you know check -in and check- out rules etc.

Wonderful Oroperty!

Great property with a terrific location to downtown and activities! Very clean and spacious. Wonderful large kitchen with updated appliances. Easy access and great communications! We will be back!

Frankfort home

The property was clean and everything that you need was there. There was a nice grill to do some grilling out. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils and dishes. There were towels and linens. The owner contacted us up upon arrival to let us know that the previous tenants caused Some small damage to a wood strip for the flooring that separated two rooms They didn’t have time to fix before our arrival. It’s close to all amenities in Frankfurt and Centrally located so you can visit the entire area. Will definitely consider for an next trip up north.

Spacious house - great location

Excellent location. The house was bigger than it looked in the photos. Only down side was the master suite on the second floor didn't have a door. Also the front door was missing a screen (or window) which made it a little tricky to keep out the flies when we went in and out.

Up north getaway

Nice property, good location. House in some renovation we were not aware of…spackle, patching on ceilings, no paint therefore many decor items removed? cupboard floorboards missing in kitchen. The floors are very uneven; Watch your step. None of this affected our enjoyment of the beautiful area.

Good house, good location

Good house in a good location to Frankfort. We were staying for the 2023 Ironman and couldn't have been happier with the location. Short drive to the very nice beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Once again... great vacation!

This is our second time of staying at this property. It's a great rental. And the owner is wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

Graduation and family reunion

The property wes wonderful for us. When we got there we realized because of a new injury and crutches my husband and i would not be able to use the huge upstIrs suite. Because there is a queen downstairs we used that and the two teen brothers used the suite. They were tickled to have their own bath and huge room with a tv. TV channel choices, the outdoor patio and a functional large kitchen made the stay even better. Neighbors were friendly and waved or spoke to us. It is very close to the lake and ,downtown Frankfort. Since i have a new injury I learned tha handicap bars in the bath would have helped me get in and out of the bath easier.. That would be an important add even for the more elderly. Thanks for the hospitality. I just have one sugfestion. It was really noce tha people left uneaten food like eggs, condiments, beer, soft drinks and Popsicles behind. Its great that younencourage it . It would be nice if they were to have a marker to write the date on it. Great stay and we would highly recommend it

Needs updating and a deep clean

The cottage was in a good location. It was clean but didn’t smell clean. The house is old and most of the furniture and lamps are old and marked up…coffee table was damaged, rugs need cleaning. The upstairs bedroom is large but needs updating with furniture. Beds are somewhat comfortable if you like sleeping on an added foam mattress cover. The upstairs bathroom needs remodeling….the shower looks like it could have mold. The wall is peeling around shower head and there is rust and black gunk at the grout/seam area. I did not feel comfortable showering in there and it is so small that you can barely turn around in it. The faucets creak and squeak to turn on and they need to be deep cleaned around bottom of handles. There were cob webs on the beam ceiling lights in bedroom. No cranks on the bay windows to open them up. Overall the entire house needs some detailed cleaning, especially all the windows, tracks and screens. I would not return unless this home was remodeled.

Simple, clean and great location

My family of 4 including 2 teens and our friendly pup stayed for a few days and this home was just what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, but clean, great location and owners were very friendly. Pretty easy walk to the beach and restaurants, shopping etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple meals and breakfast. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Upstairs was hot when we arrived, but after a couple hours of running the window air conditioner up there, it made it comfortable. Would stay again!

Thankful for a cancellation!

We had a nice stay in Frankfort - the house is an easy walk to downtown and to the beach. Plenty of room in the house for a family of 6-8. Smoke from the Canadian wildfires made mediocre sunsets and water views but we had fun, riding bikes, playing games and sampling several restaurants and of course all 4 ice cream shops in town!

Great place for a family getaway!

Great charming house close to downtown Frankfort, beach, and everthing. All as advertised. Well stocked and with everything needed. Friendly host and good experience. Will come back again!!

Charming home in a nice and quiet neighborhood, excellent location for walking to everything in downtown Frankfort. Had everything we needed for a winter getaway to get some skiing in.
