Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht und auch eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Als wir nach einer mehrstündigen Fahrt angekommen sind war die Rezeption, die eigentlich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte, ganztägig geschlossen. An der Tür war eine Handynummer, welche man anrufen sollte, wenn etwas ist. Wir haben diese mehrfach angerufen, es ging immer eine Mailbox ran, welche sagte: Hinterlassen Sie eine Nachricht nach dem Signalton, abhören werde ich sie sowieso nicht. Wir mussten uns abends noch nach einer neuen Unterkunft umschauen, was mit extremen Mehrkosten verbunden war. Ich finde es sehr unverschämt!!

Die Zimmer sind ganz, ganz einfach. Ganz schlechte Matratzen (!), schlechte Bettdecken, kleiner TV, kein Kühlschrank und ein ganz komischer Geruch in den Zimmern. WLAN wurde angepriesen, doch man hat nicht mal ein Netz (egal welcher Mobilfunkanbieter). Das WLAN ist so schwach, das man eigentlich gar nichts damit öffnen kann. Dann sollte man es auch nicht anpreisen. Im Grossen und Ganzen müsste man mal wieder etwas renovieren. Auch die Außenanlagen ist in keinem guten Zustand.

Zimmergrösse genau beachten

Einmal nochmal in die Ferne schweifen, Kraft tanken für den Rest des Jahres. Klarer Sternenhimmel, Natur pur...wir sind nun keine Reiter, doch das stört nicht weiter. Viele Burgen, Museen und das schöne Werratal nebst dem Thüringer Wald, man findet immer etwas, wenn man mit Auto da ist. Hätte mir nur gewünscht, das man mir bei der Nachfrage ( Die Grosse wollte auch mitkommen, also 2 Aufbettungen.) bei 4 Personen nicht ein anderes Zimmer empfohlen hat. Nur 18 m2, Tür ging durch die 2 Aufbettungen nur halb auf und es war kaum Platz. Fussboden PVC Belag. Obwohl wir ein Doppelfenster hatten, war es doch sehr dunkel,weil es auf der Hang/Waldseite lag. Das Bad hatte eine Dachschräge, was für etwas grössere Menschen bei einigen Dingen, sehr von Nachteil ist. Ebenso die Dusche schloss nicht richtig und war im Einstieg doch recht eng, wenn man nicht sehr schlank ist. Beim Toilettendeckelunterseite fehlte ein Pinorek, so das man schräg auf dem Örtchen sass bzw kippelte. Bei der Buchung stand Toilettenartikel und Wlan inklusive. Wir fanden nur in der Dusche ein Kombidosierer vom Duschgel und Shampoo, Wlan Verbindung war sehr schlecht, dafür ein klares und umpfangreiches Fernsehprogramm. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Was jedoch etwas störte waren die endlosen Paar Schuhe vor jedem Zimmer, sollte man irgendwie anders lösen. Obwohl viele kleine Mängel, können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
