The property accommodates a maximum of 3 guests and features 2 bedrooms along with 1 bathroom. The living and dining room spans 40 m2 and includes a dining nook, offering a generous and welcoming space for relaxation and meals. From this area, you have direct access to the garden and to the terrace. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom also measures 10 m2 and is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment also features an open kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine with a combination microwave. The bathroom includes a shower and WC. Access to the apartment is via 20 steps.
