I recently enjoyed a stay at the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on cleanliness, staff friendliness, and room maintenance.
The hotel was impressively clean, with spotless common areas and well-maintained rooms. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, contributing to a fresh atmosphere throughout.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making each interaction enjoyable. Their warm demeanor added to the welcoming vibe of the hotel.
The rooms were well-kept, featuring modern decor and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
However, I did have a couple of critiques about the breakfast area. It was quite small, which created a cramped atmosphere during peak times. The eggs were a bit watery, and the single waffle machine led to a line, making breakfast less convenient.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return!

Our room was clean and well appointed. But for weeks I had been asking for a pack and play for my one year old grandson. I got there before my daughter and her family and they told me it had been noted and then NOTHING! It took me writing a scathing description of this type of dangerous and child unfriendly check in for a pack and play to arrive at 10 PM after they had finally gotten him down to sleep on the floor! They didn't get it until the next morning because they had finally gotten the babies to sleep after a lot of trouble. Breakfast is mayhem! Ample if you are just hungry! While the walls are pretty well insulated the ceilings and floor are not. We must have had an entire soccer team in the room above us practicing goals. Nicely located near 110 Grille. Wish we had had time to use the pool!

Front Desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the breakfast staff.
Room was a bit more worn from the past 2 times I've stayed there, but still acceptable.
