Our nature house was better than expected on our arrival, very clean (especially the shower!), and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. We made use of their sauna facility, which is very accessible and can include an ice bear dip in the lake, and we went shopping by boat - a wonderful holiday:)」
