Um bom hotel, com boa relação custo/benefício. Boa cama, ótimo chuveiro, excelente limpeza, bom atendimento pelos funcionários, café da manhã com poucas opções, mas honesto. Duas questões deixaram muito a desejar: 1) não tem tomada elétrica no quarto para uso do hóspede; 2) toalhas de rosto e de banho muito ásperas e com sinais de muito uso, precisam ser trocadas com urgência.

Diárias muito caras para o tipo de acomodação

Diárias muito caras para o tipo de hotel e acomodação que oferecem, nao vale a pena. Tamanho da cama incompatível com o anúncio. Reservamos pois informava cama King e meu marido tem 1,98m de altura, chegando no quarto tinham 2 camas box de solteiro unidas por um lençol. Fui até a recepção pedir o quarto com cama conforme a reserva, e o atendente disse que o hotel nao tem nenhuma cama king, apenas tamanho casal padrão. O resultado foi trocarmos por outro quarto com cama de casal sem ser 2 colchões de solteiro. O colchão é uma tábua, espuma extremamente fina que mais parece um colchonete. A área do chuveiro é bem pequena, e o piso do box está bem encardido. O quarto nao tem 1 tomada para voltagem 220v, apenas a tomada do frigobar, tivemos que afasta-lo e desligar para poder usar secador de cabelos. Tambem nao possuí tomadas próximas a cama para carregar o celular. Como ficamos 3 diárias, solicitei a troca de toalhas e arrumação do quarto, o que nao ocorreu em nenhum momento, meu marido teve que ir na recepção buscar toalhas secas.

Limpeza não foi é o forte da hospedagem. Além de grãos de arroz em cima do lençol e no chão a cama tinha muitos cabelos e o banheiro extremamente mofado. Existem melhores opções na cidade.

Espaço do quarto aceitável, cama muito boa, banheiro adequado, café da manhã fantástico, estacionamento limitado, se depender da hora que chegar, pode não pegar vaga. Frigobar não refrigera adequadamente, acredito que por economia de energia, elevador social limitado, internet muito fraca. Academia bem moderna. Ótima localização.

Experiência maravilhosa!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro, perto de vários estabelecimentos. Toda a infraestrutura é muito bem pensada e com uma limpeza impecável. Acredito que o maior destaque do hotel é o seu café da manhã que possui infinita variedade de comidas e bebidas muito gostosas. A suíte estava muito limpa e arejada. Com certeza, ultrapassou todas as minhas expectativas. Sem dúvida, retornarei a essa rede. Parabéns!
