In a village near the spa resort of Luxeuil-Les-Bains (12 km), country-style house, adjoining the owners' house, independent entrance, not overlooked. Ground floor: kitchen (induction hob) / dining room with wood stove and complete household appliances, with dishwasher. Very spacious and comfortable living room. Laundry room with toilet, shower and sink. Floor: 1 bedroom 1 double bed, private shower room, with WC, 1 family room on 2 levels: 1 double bed, private shower room, WC and on the mezzanine, 2 single beds (90X190), 1 baby bed. Electric/wood central heating. Wifi Internet. Large orchard with around sixty fruit trees. The lawn area with garden furniture is enclosed, but not enclosed at the front of the cottage.

Available: 4 mountain bikes on request, fishing area with fishpond, fishing equipment... Baby equipment available: bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat.

Towels and household linen optional.

You will be welcomed to the cottage by the owners.
