The SJTours is a very bad hotel. Do not do any business with them. Our flight for Iguazu fall did not land because of bad weather and this hotel kept all of our money. The pilot of the flight made the decision, and the airplane company gave all our money This cheap, bad hotel is a bad business,never use it again avoid it Shame less hotel

Hotel antigo, café da manhã ruim, atendimento bom.

Hotel antigo, com muitas coisas velhas, nosso quarto tinham móveis bem velhos, roupa de cama puída, travesseiros ruins e tinha um frigobar todo enferrujado e quebrado, além disso ficamos em um quarto com uma porta que dava acesso à outro quarto, sem isolamento algum, parecia estar no mesmo cômodo, além de gerar muita insegurança. Muito barulho também do quartinho de arrumação logo cedo pela manhã, no geral a acústica é péssima. O café da manhã tem muitas opções, mas tudo com gosto de velho, muito ruim, foi decepcionante. Seria melhor se tivesse menos opções, mas que fossem coisas frescas e de qualidade. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, tinham pelos e cabelos de outros hóspedes no nosso banheiro. Único ponto realmente positivo foi o atendimento do pessoa, todos muito queridos e solícitos.

Hotel no centro

Estada foi boa. A cama deixa a desejar. O café da manha na segunda-feira o cafe estava frio e não foi disponibilizado outro de acordo. Ovo frito, pasmem é COBRADO A PARTE ! O check out solicitei ate 13 ou 14h Foi negado. Dizendo ter custo de 100 para ficar ate as 14h. Como é facil perder clientes. E olha que fiquei nesse hotel muitas vezes e reservei para pessoas mais ainda. Inclusive fiz uma reserva para familiares de 25 a 27.4 Sera a ultima. Infelizmente não vi a senhora proprietária para comentar o ocorrido.

Excelente, quase perfeito!

Hotel muito bom, localização perto de tudo que quem viaja precisa (farmácia, mercado, bares e etc.), limpeza excelente a todo momento a equipe está realizando algum tipo de limpeza da pelo hotel, piscina limpa todos os dias e atendimento impecável, recepção aceitou guardar as malas da viagem mesmo tendo chego 2 hrs antes do previsto e até permitiram usar a área da piscina durante o tempo do check in, café da manhã com bastante variedades (pães, sucos, ovos e etc.). Poucos problemas que tiraram a nota do hotel, atendimento da recepção da noite, televisão do quarto não tinha opção de streaming e ar condicionado fazendo barulho, apenas isso que deixaram eu e minha namorada incomodados. De resto tudo maravilhoso, no geral vale bastante a pena se hospedar e ainda tivemos oportunidade de conversar com a dona.

Este hotel es muy acogedor, sentí que estaba en casa y en familia, el lugar con instalaciones muy bien conservadas, su personal muy calido, un servicio muy completo en el hotel que incluye restaurante, piscina y guía turistica, la ubicación linda y segura.
