Also no setup made for me about key entry for the front doors so that I had to make another international calls to ask about it. - no towels changes for 4 nights - no additional coffee pouches - no desk in the room, so that I had a hard time to use my computer. Generally, acceptable but I will not stay for the next stay in Boston unless improvements made."
