「What a beautiful property, so lovely, perfect location and had everything we needed. So many positives; comfortable beds, really roomy space so lots of ability to move around and store items, parking directly outside for free, our own entrance and amazing kitchen facilities. Was great to be able to wash clothes too. Location wise it is an 8-10 min walk to the metro station then a quick and easy ride into Boston. 「Check in easy & parking is great. When went to sleep for first night we realized there was no fitted sheet on mattress cover. I communicated to the owner .i also was in need of a toaster as the apartment did not have. Well right after breakfast the fitted sheet was left in foyer area along with a brand new toaster. The owner is very accommodating . The Ac system is wonderful. And I’d stay there again.」

「We had a quick one-night stay and still managed to leave a suitcase behind and didn't realize it until we were two hours away. (Doh!) After the panic subsided, we contacted Muny and she thankfully replied right away to help us arrange a way to pick up our baggage. She did all this while on vacationing abroad! We're very grateful for her and her husband's help, in addition to a nice stay in downtown Dorchester.」

"大通りから少し入った静かな住宅街で、歩いてすぐにスーパーもセブンイレブンもあり、とても便利でした。お部屋も素敵で古さはありますが清潔で窓辺には花が植えられ、その下の花壇？の紫陽花が咲き誇っていてとても美しかったです。ミニキッチンにはコーヒーメーカー（ネスプレッソタイプ）、電子レンジ、ミニ冷蔵庫（日本のビジホよりも大きい）、調理器具、カトラリー、食器が揃っていました。もしものために、日本から箸やスプーン、個包装のドリップコーヒーなど持って行ったましたがその必要ない設備で、とても快適に過ごせました。一階の入り口側のお部屋でしたので、夜間に出入りする音や上下水道の使用音は正直けっこうありましたが、そういうものだと承知してましたので、気にはならなかったです。チェックイン時間よりも早く到着する旨を知らせていたためか、到着した時にはお部屋の準備がされていてすぐにお部屋に入れましたし、チェックアウト後も荷物を快く預かってもらえてとても助かりました。"

"ボストンのダウンタウンから車で10分程度で到着しダウンタウンへのアクセスも良く、近辺にはレストラン、スーパー等が有り大変便利。口コミには高速の真上に建てられているので車の音がうるさいとの声が多数有ったものの部屋の階数や位置にも依るのか❓ そちらは全く気にならなかったものの隣の部屋の話し声、音楽、嬌声はかなりうるさかった。が、他は綺麗でそれなりに部屋も広くて良かった。朝食はこの手のクラスのホテルにすると結構な品数が揃っていて、他では余り見られないフルーツポンチ（グレープ、パイナップル等）も有りコーヒーも何種類か置いてあったもののスクランブルエッグはバターの量が圧倒的に少ないのか❓単なるパサパサした固まった玉子になっていて残念全体的にトータルで見れば、場所、駐車場、アクセスホテル全体、清潔さ、部屋の広さetc. 是非、また泊まりたいホテルである事は確か。"
