「We loved our stay at the cabin in Fredericksburg. The location is perfect! Very close to town, but you really get the quiet relaxed feeling here. We enjoyed watching all of the wildlife. The cabin was super clean, decorated very nicely and the bed was super comfy. It was perfect for our little quick getaway! Can’t wait to return.」

「I booked our stay at Monarc Ranch for the April 8 eclipse, when we had a problem with our previous booking. We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 4 (including our 5 and 3 year old boys). Despite the cloudy weather affecting our eclipse viewing, everything about the lodging was outstanding. 「WONDERFUL rustic cabin in a rural area of Texas Hill country. We stayed in the “German Chocolate” cabin for 4 nights during the solar eclipse and throughly enjoyed our stay. Easy 2 mile drive to Fredericksburg. Lovely baked goods waiting for us on our arrival, plus Sophie’s Bakery is right down the road where additional goodies are available!
