「キッチンがあり便利。」

「The mattress is pretty hard. Too firm for us but others seem to like it. Breakfast is good, typical food and staff kept things full.」

「Easy check in, friendly staff, rooms were big and clean. Awesome experience!」

「Room was adequate」

「Clean room and friendly staff.」

「Staff and breakfast were wonderful」

「We had to change our travel plan and it was not expected staying at this hotel and tired after a long driving. The reception lady when checked in was not kind and we do not feel welcome atmosphere at all. It was an disappointing experience. The receptionist in the morning was very cheerful and kindly to answer to our question, though.」

「The shower was in need of work. The bracket that holds the shower head is worn out. The front desk person was wonderful. She helped us figure out how to use the remote for the TV and the TV itself.」

「The hotel is located in the center of the city and is convenient for shopping and for dining. The facility is quite old but works fine without problem. The problem is the atmosphere and the hotel staffs. They should be well dressed and be much more friendly.」
