The amenities provided in the room were everything I needed. The location provide for quiet stay, which is just what I was hoping for. The only complaint would be I wish the 2nd floor rear door closed more softly. I look forward to my next stay when I am in the area."

"My husband and I do a backwoods getaway every fall before the start of our busy season and what a hidden gem! It's definitely a see it to believe it when it comes to backwoods, quiet, serene...paradise. No wi-fi, even better! That alone makes you open your eyes, ears & senses to the beautiful setting around you. The house was perfectly stocked, very clean, games, dvds and had the best characteristics as a "refuge" cabin. It's the kind of place that once you get there, you never want to leave! We hiked, baked cookies, 3 puzzles, a DVD movie to finish each day. For the first time in 10 years, we finally found the place we'll always come back to. Thank you to the hosts and please don't change a thing!"

"This was an unexpected find... I'm looking at buying property in the area and booked a night here... I found a really big, super-quiet, clean room with a very comfortable bed and an awesome sleep. Beautiful park-like property and grounds. I parked the car 5 feet from the door. There's a Liquor Store attached to the building - so getting Ice for cooler was extra convenient. I would definitely stay here again..."

"It was so nice being able to stay here at such a convenient and well maintained property on Lake Sarah. My family property on the other side of the lake was so close. We were here for my fathers funeral service and being able to stay nearby made a world of difference. Thank you!"

"Our stay at Lake Sarah was so wonderful. The little lakeside place was just right for our little group. We had all we needed and everything was so neat and tidy. Malissa was so responsive to anything we needed. And watching a great blue heron hunting across the channel while sitting on the dock was the highlight of the trip."
