Nice seafront apartment with communal garden and private shaded parking. Direct underpass to the sea accessible from the garden and strategic position (center) on the seafront of Fossacesia marina.
New kitchen equipped with everything you need and balcony facing the sea equipped with table, chairs and awning.
2 comfortable double bedrooms with wardrobes for a total of 5 beds. Bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.

The house is situated in the midst of the fantastic and wonderful "Costa dei trabocchi", a coastline that every year acquires greater popularity and prestige. For the summer of 2020 the cycle path of the longest and most evocative of Europe, "La via verde", which with its 41 km. practically practicable on the sea, it will become a global attraction.
