Pontos positivos: Bem localizado, quarto confortável inclusive com manta e limpeza impecável e feita todos os dias. Pontos negativos: O ar condicionado pingou os 5 dias de estadia e mesmo avisando ninguém veio ajeitar. O banheiro achei meio precário, o box não pegava e o chuveiro também pingava mesmo fechando bem. Café da manhã deveria ter mais variedade de alimentos.

O hotel é antigo, porém muito limpo e bom atendimento. O acesso ao estacionamento pouco ruim para entrar e sair, mas nada que um bom motorista não resolva. O café da manhã pelo custo da diária se encaixava muito bem, porém para quem espera algo diferente como um ovo ou tapioca na hora, isso não tem. Enfim o custo benefício é bom se não puder investir em um hotel com mais estrelas.

Essa rede Andrade possui um padrão de atendimento bem simples, com equipes sem treinamento, apesar de alguns deles fazerem um bom trabalho. Não se importam muito com o visual do hotel, com paredes sujas e mal pintadas, piso sujo ou desgastado, mobília muito velha. Café da manhã bem simples.

Gostei muito da minha experiência! O quarto sempre estava bem limpo e com um cheiro muito agradável, graças à excelente equipe de limpeza. A pessoa que cuidou da organização do nosso quarto, Sheila, foi muito atenciosa. A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente educada e gentil durante toda a minha estadia. Os arredores são ótimos, com muitas lojinhas perto da praia, ideal para fazer passeios e compras. Além disso, o estacionamento é bom, facilitando bastante a locomoção. Recomendo

Ótima localização, piscina muito boa, café da manhã bom demais, quarto confortável (precisa de pequenos ajustes como melhora na porta da varanda que travava, ventilador de teto estava ‘folgado’ fazendo barulho ao ligar ‘mas nem usamos’, porém, nada que impeça uma boa acomodação), além disso a tv precisa de melhora, modelo antigo que impedi que possamos usar vários app.

Os recepcionistas são gentis , porém as condições do quarto deixa muito a desejar , travesseiro surrados, cama dura parecendo mais um quarto de motel barato , sem falar das condições precárias do banheiro , box encardido e o chuveiro que era pra ser quente não funcionava .
