We were unable to use the pool at the time we were staying as it wasn’t ready but that’s not the end of the world. My main issue isn’t with the hotel at all but with the location, located in a relatively rural part of fortaleza you have to be prepared to uber anywhere you wish to go whether groceries or dining and we were not prepared for this when we arrived. "The keys kept malfunctioning which was a little frustrating since our room was very far from the front desk. The air conditioner took a long time to start working but thankfully it did after a while. Breakfast was good and the cute kittens running around were a definite highlight :)"
