Relax and unwind in this colorful, stylish ranch home, located in the desirable Pine Valley neighborhood! This updated home is conveniently located 6 minutes from Parkview Hospital, 14 minutes from the Purdue and Ivy Tech campuses, and 16 minutes from downtown. Keep the kids (or yourself!) busy with board games and Roku TV. Or, have family fun playing a game of cornhole in the spacious back yard! Pine Valley Country Club is close by if you like to golf. NOTE: (non-smoking-$100 fine)

Visiting family in Ft Wayne with several family members staying with us during Thanksgiving holiday at this beautifully decorated and cleanly appointed home. Located close to where we went for Dinner and celebrations. Bedrooms and bathrooms well-presented, bathrooms clean and modernized, kitchen well-provided with cooking and service utensils for six. Host always reachable and helpful with questions. Check-in very easy; check out quite manageable. Recommend as great place to rest and relax. Would stay on future visit, schedules permitting.

Nice house with everything we needed for a quick weekend. We were 3 ladies and loved that we could each have our own bedroom and there were 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

House was cozy and clean, well lit, some nice amenities like large screen TV. It was a great location for our visit---close to family, memorial service and grocery stores.
