"Great location! Near restaurants and water activities. When we arrived valet was hectic and we almost got a ticket from a cop even though the valet guys said we could park there..so just be careful where you park! However checkin was very quick. also requested more towels and trash removal but unfortunately nobody showed up so that frustrating but it was eventually taken care of. Checking out was difficult because we needed a luggage cart. We were told they share with another hotel and would call us when a cart became available. of course nobody called us. Overall despite a few things it was a nice stay and great location. Pet friendly which was a plus for us and the wharf is too."
