The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Take all trash out to designated area - Any unopened food/drinks may be left instead of throwing it away. If cleaners do not want them, they can be donated.
- All dirty linens may be placed in the garage in front of the washer, cleaners will strip the beds. - Dishes should be cleaned and put away or in the dishwasher and running when leaving.
- Lock the front door. DO NOT lock the bottom handle on the front door - Lock the sliding glass door - Do not lock the kitchen door leading to the garage - Lock garage door leading to the back yard

Third time is a REAL CHARM

Nice clean roomy house with awesome pool, close to beach and stores, a short drive to Destin, miramur beach and an hour from pensacola. Quiet neighborhood, we had a great stay!!!

Very Nice

Very clean, very nice, recently remodeled, and well furnished with everything you need. Very good location on a quiet street just minutes away from everything. The backyard is beautiful and the pool is great. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed coffee by the lovely pool each morning. Good location with shopping, food, and BEACHES less than 10 minutes away. Definitely will be returning to this property.

2nd Time is still a Charm

Great location and great pool/yard

House is close to shops, food and Destin activities/beaches. Pool and yard are beautiful. Would have liked a lounging chair by pool. House was very clean and nice, although showers and decor need updating which is only cosmetic. Overall great place and would definitely stay here again. Host was great and responded quickly.

The location was as described. Ten minutes to the beach. The surrounding area is kind of congested but the street the house is on was quiet . The only thing I might recommend is more pillows and blankets.

Great Home in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed the house very much it was spacious for the 6 of us. Only negative was the weather and pool temps were not warm enough to be able to swim much. Other then that it was a great place to stay and i would stay again. The communication with the host was super easy and the amenities of restaurants, stores and beaches were all within 10 to 20 min.

We had the best time at this location. Pool was awesome. Interior was beautiful. Beaches were a little distance with heavy traffic. Of course it was a week before the fourth. I would enjoy staying here again! Owner was easy to communicate with. 5 stars

Home away from home

Wonderful property!!! We can’t say enough great things about this place. Clean. Had every thing we needed as a family. The only thing missing was the fire pit. My husband really wanted to have a fire by the pool. We highly recommend this property. 5 out 5 stars!!! The location was also close to everything!!!

The house was exactly as listed and shown in the pictures. The park was nice and only about 4 houses down. We enjoyed door dash and dinner by the pool! The kids LOVED that! The property owner was very quick to respond if ever messaged. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Excellent from my early arrival to my late departure. I added 3 days to orginal booking. Pool just 10 steps from the Kitchen. Deep clean cool water. Beautiful plants , birds, lizards, hummingbirds, quiet. Comfy beds and great AC. Fridge nice,washer dryer. I will stay here every time I come to FWB Close to beaches, stores, restaurants but still feels off beaten path. Host was gracious and available. Cleanig lady awesomme too.

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home Everything was nice and clean the location was close to everything. We love that area. We hope to come back next year. We love that we got to bring our two German Shepherds with us the fee was so reasonable for them to stay. It makes having them with us on vacation more enjoyable. Only complaint was the pits and pans and not enough dishes . Other than that it was just wonderful. I can understand not having enough or right Dixie pans some people take things and it get expensive replacing them. I appreciate you letting us stay in your home the pool was just gorgeous and so relaxing our favorite place at the house.
