Spend the day at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Boardwalk, or take the short drive to Destin. (The World's Luckiest Fishing Village). This family-favorite resort will keep you coming back year after year!

This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second master bedroom includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and bathroom. A third bedroom includes twin size beds and a smart TV. Third full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We had a fabulous time! 2 sisters, one brother, and our spouses. Two couples celebrating 50 years of marriage. Weather was not great most of the week BUT with a great location we had amazing meals within 0.5-5 miles. Convenient to grocery stores. Great place to have fun visiting with our family. Also, so convenient to Ft Walton Airport!

Wonderful property. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the balcony for coffee every morning and sunset every night. Great place with a wonderful view.

My 3 daughters and I came to celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday. We loved the condo 601. It was very cute and well stocked with items we might need. The ocean was so close to the condo. A big plus. Two chairs and an umbrella were a great perk. We will be back.

We were all in our 70’s with numerous health problems & it was our first time to do this type of condo stay so it was confusing for us not to have someone onsite to guide us through the process. We arrived from 3 states so it was also hard to coordinate arrival times to coincide with check-in time. It all worked out, & we had an outstanding time, & enjoyed our stay & are looking forward to doing this again.
