The view from the balcony is just amazing and the unit is just breathtaking . You will Love your stay in this condo. Very nicely furnished and has a great view of the gulf from 50 yds out. You are just steps away from the Famous Sugar White Sand Beaches and Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This is truly a super vacation paradise spot. The Emerald Isle complex was fully renovated in 2016, at a cost of over four million dollars. Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles). No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies). Renters must be over 25 years old.
