Nice vacation cut short….

The condo was very nice. The building is secluded and having the private beach was great. Helene cut our trip short, and unfortunately, there was no refund offered even though we were in a tropical storm warning. The condo was spacious and very clean. Outdoor cushions on deck were not in great shape but everything indoors was ideal. The kitchen was stocked and the towels were plush in comparison to other condos we have stayed at. The pool is very small but we were aware of this, as pictures were accurate. Condo management was very nice and easy to reach.

Great place on 30A

This property has a fantastic location with direct private access to the beach. This is especially important since so much of the public beach access along 30A has been drastically reduced. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated six adults. The beds and furniture (both indoor and out) were extremely comfortable and the building itself was quiet. Everyone enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying on this property with our three adult children. The location to the beach was perfect. We rented bikes for a couple days and rode both directions to Seaside and to Santa Rosa Beach. Due to coming in the winter month, we had no wait times at any restaurants. We wish the weather would’ve been a little warmer, but that’s what you get coming in January. We loved the outside patio and the patio outside of the master bedroom. Andree was awesome at communicating with us daily. The beds were super comfy and we fell in love with the couches! Fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property!

The Best!

Amazing beach vacation!

Condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Beach was gorgeous, and not overly crowded. Hostess, Andree’ is so nice and easy to work with and provides a ton of helpful information! Peter at the beach is a awesome too! If you want to spend a relaxing and fun week at the beach, this is a hidden gem! We loved so much, we already reserved for next year!

Absolutely perfect beach stay for families!

Our stay at this condo was perfect in every way, I highly, highly recommend!! The space was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious for two families traveling together. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 baby and the three bedroom, three baths, big living and kitchen was great. The location is IDEAL, directly on the beach and with a pool right down stairs, it was incredibly easy and convenient to go back and forth with all of the kids stuff. We also loved being able to see the beach from the outside patio. It made for beautiful and serene morning coffees and meals on the clean and comfortable outside furniture. The whole space was well stocked with everything we needed, bathroom and kitchen supplies, even things for the kids like pack ?& play, high chair, and beach toys. We cooked most meals in the unit and had everything we needed. We did venture out one night and there was an amazing Mexican restaurant and homemade ice cream place right down the street that we loved. Communication for the rental was fantastic. We had all the information we needed upon check in, and even got into the unit early which was so helpful! Check in and check out process was super simple and we had a direct, responsive contact if we needed anything at all. Overall, high HIGHLY recommend this beautiful condo for a fantastic location directly on the beach and with a pool. We will definitely be back to this wonderful stay!!!

The PERFECT spot on 30A

We have stayed here twice and look forward to coming back every Spring Break with our family. The accommodations are perfect for our family of 5, plenty of room and lots to do in and around the area. The private beach offers the calm, relaxing vibe we look forward to on a vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, great location!

Hidden Gem close to Seaside

We can’t wait to book again. The condo was beautiful & right on the beach. It was our first time in Blue Mountain Beach & it didn’t disappoint. It was quiet & less crowded but still convenient to restaurants, Publix, shops, etc. The owner, Andree' is super nice and helpful.

A great send off!

Our son is getting married and moving to Colorado this week. We wanted one more vacation together before he left. Beautiful condo!

We had a great experience renting this property. Property Managers were excellent communicators and were very organized. The place was clean and well furnished. The location to the beach was perfect and we loved having the pool. We will definitely return!
