Although it was kind that I received a phone call to upgrade my room the day before arriving the room we got put in was awful. It was so hot in there there (air conditioning not working properly)and it took a trip to the front desk at about 2 1/2 hours later a phone call before someone finally came down to check it out. Got switched to another room, which only had two beds when we had six people and had to make another switch. It was a lot of movement.. no extra betting in the room considering we had to use a pullout couch, which they knew this, but no pillows for it and housekeeping was not around. The rooms are very rundown. Staff was very nice. Check-in was easy.

Pool was under construction and I was super disappointed at first, since that was one of my draws to the hotel. However the staff were extremely friendly and that made a world of difference. The beds were super comfortable, I slept great! And the daily breakfast was so yummy! I would go back again for sure.
