For one, I booked this hotel for the pool. I called 3 times to confirm it was open before booking and what do you know I get there and it’s out of service. What??? Then the room! Nice and spacious, but baseboards are literally falling off the wall, big red stain on the carpet, uncomfortable pillows, and a weird cigarette/paint smell in the room.

Our stay was for five days . After the third day I had to tell the front desk to clean our room . Had to go for towels each day . Was told by cleaning staff they did not have enough towels . Floor in bathroom was not swept . Had a king size sheet on a queen size bed that was hanging near the floor .

The room had multiple dead roaches on the floor and a live one on the desk. We had to leave immediately after checking in because we were terrified. We are normally easy to please but the experience was terrible. mocomplainers

This is a very nice property with a good breakfast at a great price! We had problems with tv in the room and was quickly moved into a different room with a working tv.

It’s a decent hotel not too far off I-40 for travelers. It’s pet friendly, but not great for pet walking. The breakfast is decent, but not served until 7 on Sundays, so early travelers be aware.

They do not have do not desturb signs. I asked at the front desk for one thinkong maybe the one for my room was just misplaced or gone. They said "we dont really do that here." Okay kind of odd but whatever. On my check out day the cleaning service knocked on my door every 10 minutes starting at 9am seeing if i was still there. Checkout was not until 11am. I left pretty quickly and will not be back.

Reservé para 2 noches, el segundo dia no limpiaron mi habitacion, no me dejaron ni mas toallas limpias o jabón o papel en el baño. El jacuzzi no sirve aún, el techo para entrar al area de la alberca está en reparacion asi que hay cables sueltos e insolacion por todos lados en el piso, y es peligroso ya que es un lugar donde pasan niños mojados y hay agua en el piso y si necesitas toallas para usar la alberca tienes que ir a pedirlas en recepcion por que nunca hay toallas en el area de la pisina

This is a fine pet-friendly hotel. The standard king room has enough horizontal space to accommodate your things. If you needed to be in this area for multiple nights, the fridge and microwave would help. We were just passing through. Did see someone enjoying the indoor pool. There’s some road noise.

Towels were limited I stayed for multiple days, and they only gave me 2 towels for a room that holds 4 people. We were not going to us all the same towel. When I asked for more towels they told me no not til the next day. Then they only brought 1 towel up left us with dirty towels. The rooms wasn’t the cleanest a weird smell. Staff was so rude. They had expired yogurt for breakfast. When I told someone they just left it. Will never stay again.

Needs to be updated. Rooms are not very clean. Room didn't have soup, blow dryer, cups, ice bags, no comforter on bed. The ice maker was not working. No vending machines. The windows were not clean. Room key stops working after 9 am. Was not clean. Walls,floors not clean. 98$ to much for this place.

The lobby was great and the people behind the counter were nice. But the other staff mainly the cleaning staff where rude and inconsiderate, so m sure they don’t like there job but still rude is rude. The room was average as normal things like shower in sink problems. Going to the pool area there was ceiling tiles and insulation on the floor and plumbing laying outside. Was okay for a last minute book, but would not stay again

Well I paid for the room on expedia and the whole reason I wanted the room was to use the hot tub. I have severe arthritis in my neck & when it flares up, it gives me migraines. So the hot tub helps. Only thing when I checked in they told me the Hot tub was closed,. Im very unhappy with this and think I should get a refund ..

Check in was a breeze. Clerk was informative and very pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was decent. There was some sort of red stain on the floor. Had a room on the first floor and my goodness it was loud and extremely busy in the hallway all night long. I heard the neighbor cough and flush their toilet. Aside from that, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The springs was almost violating. I send my guys here for work all the time and I only stayed one night but I won’t be back. The guys had great reviews of this facility so they’ll be back though. Oh water pressure was awesome.
