This 8th floor two-bedroom, two bath beachfront condo in Ocean Harbor South has an unobstructed panoramic ocean view. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. The master bedroom also offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The unit can sleep up to 6 people. Each bedroom has a tv with cable. There are remote controlled ceiling fans in each room. Internet is also provided.

The unit is equipped with some cleaning supplies and paper goods, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagon.

Ocean Harbor South is a gated resort community, including clubhouse, small exercise room, picnic area with gas grills, large, heated swimming pool, gazebo, outdoor showers, restrooms and beautifully landscaped grounds. There is also private beach access. Tennis courts and Pickel ball courts are available across the street.

The Condo Association requires a signed rental application 30 days prior to check-in and a 30-day minimum rental period is also required. The application fee of $150 for new and $100 for returning guests is required.
