This is a beautiful property - this is the second time I have booked it - and they continue to make improvements to it. It is very spacious with plenty of room to sit and relax after a long day. The access to the beach is just a short walk across the road - and The Army Corps of Engineers is working on the replenishment of sand on the beaches - making it even better for all your beach activities. The property is centrally located and near many great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The house is fully equipped with plenty of towels, extra bedding, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extras. The separate apartment with its own entrance from outside is a great place for a couple who like a little more privacy - and has everything needed without needing to access the main house. The hosts are absolutely amazing - very responsive to any questions or needs. You can tell by the many things offered within the house that they listen to their guests to make improvements as needed. This property is one of the best I have ever stayed in, and while there, take care of it as if it were my own.

Great stay! Everything you need is there - towels, kitchen stuff, laundry, soap, shampoo. It's right across from the beach! The beach is narrow but great for walking (except at high tide). The road has some traffic but never an issue. We had three teens downstairs and 7 of us upstairs and it worked out great. It's not clear from the listing but you do have to go outside to go downstairs.

Baseball Crash Pad for Grandparents

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the beach and also many great restaurants and the baseball fields. It had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed (we did no cooking), but things were there if you wanted to. Property Host was very quick with responses when needed, and the check-in process was very easy. One suggestion would be to have a sheet of information in the rental with what day trash pick up is, wi-fi password, what is expected on check out day I.e. what do you do with the bedding used, towels. Also, provide a broom and dust pan for upstairs and maybe a mop in case it is needed. A single cup Keurig would be an added bonus so renters could bring the coffee of their choice (I check and if not one there, I bring my own to use). The place was perfect for what we were looking for.

MMA Stay

Great place. We had a great time. We were visited early Saturday morning by the landscapers. They were loud and work everyone up. Cleaners came at 10am. All no big deal for us but figured I would let you know. We would definitely stay again if we ever end up in the area.

Booked here so we could stay close to our daughter’s wedding venue. Was the perfect vibe to allow our family to connect and enjoy time together and relax while enjoying the wedding events. First Family Vacay

Great response from property owner. The house was perfect for our group. It was a perfect beach house. Decorated and color scheme of house was awesome. It was clean with plenty of towels and dishes, etc.. The access to the ocean was so easy and I personally would get up extra early to go sit on the deck in the comfy rockers to listen to the ocean. Thanks!

Spacious home in ideal location

This home was spacious and perfect for our family. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Beach access was simple and the ocean is right across the street so we enjoyed many hours of sitting on the porch listening to the waves crash. Communication was quick and responsive. Girls Get Away!

Had a great time while at this property. Very nice location right across the street from the beach. Easy access to restaurants and bars too. Loved being able to walk to Archie’s for their delicious drinks and then back again. House was super clean and comfortable with plenty of room.

Death in the Family

We had a death in the family and the service was in Fort Pierce. We opted for a VRBO versus hotel for several of those coming from out of town. Loved the location and space. Enjoyed eating together and getting to visit! Also enjoyed Archie’s right down the road!

Great Florida Beach Location

We enjoyed being 1 block from the beach, in a beautiful home that fit our large family. Super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were great, communicated well and were super flexible.
