The property had cigarette buds outside of designated areas. The pool was down, and they didnt give notice prior to the stay. We booked this hotel for the pool so our childern would have something to do. Then the peoperty double charged us. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!! Its the worst marriot Ive stayed at!

The property was good room was clean. The only thing was the beds or pillows made the sleep the main problem we couldnt sleepnforst night . My neck and back was hurting us. Other than that the place is a nice place

I booked 2 dates on hotels.com for Fairfield inn and on the app only 1 date showed up so I cancelled it. However I was charged $211 for 1 nights stay and I can’t get a refund. I’ve always booked my trips through hotels.com and I’ve never had any problems. Now that I’m looking for other trips that I booked and I can’t find them so this leads me to believe that this is how I was accidentally charged for a stay that was cx’d.

The room was nice but someone near our room was smoking and at night it smelled really bad.
Also, the hair conditioner bottle was empty.
Cleaning staff kept knocking on the door. We had to tell them twice we were staying until check out time

The property was undergoing repairs which was understandable but the place reeked of pot and gave my wife head aches. I have stayed there every year and will again next year. But I will not deal with the smoking in the rooms I will refuse to stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. We did experience a short period of time without power because of storms, but that is out of their control.
Staff was welcoming and they even brewed a pot of coffee at 8 pm for my husband to get a cup.
It qas a second time this year and we can see they are making improvements.
We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

I think it was ok. The only reason I say that is because in the room it was no menu or instructions about room service. A/C was not central even thought there was a control for it. No USB connection. I just though that for the price it could had been better.
