Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. "Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. "House is a great find, with lots to do for active people! The backyard is what sold it for us and it did not disappoint. Pool, hotub, outdoor shower, lots of seating AND a sand volleyball court (big win for my teenage daughter volleyball player). The family also had a blast playing pool together in the rec room. If you are looking for a place that's been recently renovated with lots to keep people busy, this is a great option."

"The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. But otherwise we were just extremely happy and will definitely stay here again. "
