  • Welcome to Villa Bella Vista, your home away from home in Cape Coral. The home sits on the end of the canel and provides a stunning view from the lanai.

    This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an open floor plan home with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen, dining room and master bath have been recently remodeled. The appliances are also new.

    The home is just a few blocks from restaurants and dining at beautiful Cape Harbour Marina.

    The home is supplied with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We have supplied linens and the kitchen is stocked if you decide to cook. Just bring your food and plan to sit back and enjoy the view.

A Taste of Paradise

We love staying in this house. Mark and Susan are great to work with and so accommodating! We were here earlier than check in and since the house was ready they did not hesitate to let us go on in. The location is perfect and house perfect for relaxation and fun. We would highly recommend.

Great Spring Break Experience

My family and I came down to escape the March Ohio weather. We loved everything about his experience. We took advantage of the pool, bikes, and the kayaks. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. I hope to come back again.

We have been coming to Cape Coral for the last 5 years and this was our 4th different house and our favorite. Hope to rent again in the future. Great hosts and communication. Very comfortable furniture and well furnished and equipped. Very nice pool and dock area, Even caught a Snook at the dock. Also SW Cape Coral is our favorite area. Close to shopping but away from the traffic. Great area for walking and biking the neighborhoods. Wish we were still there but back in PA and the cold weather.

Heaven on Earth

Amazing home with sunset views!

I loved this property and am planning a return trip. Mark was very responsive during my stay to any questions. Beautiful (clean) home with all of the amenities, including kayaks and bikes. The canal view is incredible. The pool is fantastic. Honestly a perfect stay! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful sunsets

This was a perfect house for our small group. The location at the end of the canal made for perfect evenings visiting in, and by, the pool to watch the beautiful sunset. Quiet neighborhood. I could not have been happier. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was spotless and comfortable, located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short distance from shops. My husband and I thought this property was exceptional. It is very pleasing from the road, and beautifully finished with high end finishes throughout. We had everything there that we would have needed, plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, towels and furnishings in general. The pool area is beautiful and view out to the canal breathtaking! Our owners were gracious to turn on the pool heater ahead of our arrival, but we still found the water a bit chilly for comfortable pool time in February. But laying in the sun near the screened in pool made up for that as well. Overall it was a very great experience and we would stay again.
