The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a large ensuite off the master. Open concept living room and kitchen area with brand new appliances and large eating area. The living room overlooks a comfortable screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the water.

The Timber Creek community is a new gated community located 15 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport, and close to shopping, restaurants, beautiful golf courses, and amazing beaches. The community offers unmatched amenities with resort style pools, indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant, tennis, pickleball, basketball, gyms, saunas, arcade, indoor volleyball/basketball, kids splash pad, putting green, and much much more!

Please note this property is located in a gated HOA community so there is a 30 day minimum booking requirement. The application process, lease, and security deposit will follow after booking.
