Amazingly luxurious and spacious penthouse unit in the Bay View tower at the Sanibel Harbour Resort. Panoramic views from everywhere, inside and outside this unit. Watch the sunrise on your private lanai to the East and beautiful sunsets from your spacious roof top deck and living room to the West. Location is amazing with short 5 minute rides to Ft Myers beaches and Sanibel Island. Condo includes it's own private pool and the beach is right outside the building! Sanibel island, it's beaches, biking trails and dining options are a short drive across the bridge. Whether you are looking for a romantic escape, a business stay, or lavish vacation, this penthouse will exceed your expectations.

Amazing view of the bay, watch dolphins jumping from the condo. Got amazing sunset pictures from the roof top sitting area and good sunrise pictures from the entry way porch. Kitchen is well equipped: convection stove, warming drawer, extra refrigerator space, air fryer, electric grill (George Foreman), and lots of small appliances. Loved the icemaker in the wet bar. Brand new washer and dryer installed during our stay. Host is very responsive.

Our entire family was absolutely thrilled with this property! With a group of 11, we found the space to be more than accommodating- plenty of room to gather together, as well as quiet spots to retreat to when needed.We chose to prepare most of our meals at the penthouse and were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen was. It had everything we needed- including cookware, utensils, and even a warming drawer, which we really appreciated for keeping meals hot until everyone was ready to eat.The location was also ideal, offering quick and easy access to local beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more. While we thoroughly enjoyed our beach outings, the on-site pool became a daily favorite and even gave us a chance to connect with other families.Without a doubt, every one of us agrees- we’d love to return to this area and stay at this property again!

Best view in SW Florida!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful penthouse for our spring break vacation. The moment we walked into this spacious open-consent design condo, it had the breath-taking views from both sides. This was fully equipped with all amenities making our vacation very easy to be away from home. We own a condo in this area but since hurricane Ian we haven't been able to use it. This area is home to my family, and we couldn't have been any happier being able to be back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to experience the charm of coastal living. The owners we also very friendly, responsive and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!!

Huge common area, beautiful views

This property is beautifully decorated and the common areas are large. The space was great for two families with adult children. The property manager was very responsive. We did have a few issues. The pool repair is not yet completed (which we knew) but also the deck was completely under construction. I was under the impression from the listing that the deck had broken boards but didn’t realize it was unusable. The balcony is too narrow to sit on. Fortunately, there are good views and a seating area in front of the condo. We could not get the shades up in the waterfront bedroom so could not enjoy the view from there. Only one elevator was operational. Painting was underway but noise from the workers was minimal. Overall, a beautiful place with exceptional views.

Excellent condo on the beach

Very nice property: comfortable, clean, spacious, right on the beach. Check in was easy. Property is beautiful- as represented in the pictures. We had a great time!

Beautiful Condo with amazing views

This is a fantastic place. (near Sanibel island and close to Fort Myers). It is spacious, great layout and beautiful. 3 main rooms and a loft with futon. The views are amazing over the bay. Large full windows and smaller rooftop. I believe this was a relatively new listing so a few initial hick-ups but Jason and owner were great at responding and getting the issues resolved (need passcode to lobby after 11PM, parking pass, correct wifi code) Basically, the owners info book needs to provide a little more information. Things like -which pool you are allowed to access and code -there is an elevator button in the condo that works to bring the elevator to the 12th floor -more info on the fitness center -how to obtain parking pass (the onsite rental co is not affiliated) -thermostat control (there are 2 units) -code for after hour lobby access -etc It was a great stay overall and would recommend! - Brent

The Palace of Views

Our two families came to Fort Myers after finding this property. It was incredible. Views from every angle and an incredible location. Dolphins swimming by constantly. The kids playing in the calm warm waters. Huge space and just a very special place to stay. It’s resort style amenities with privacy. We all couldn’t say anything better than that we will return, sooner rather than later.
