The off site check in system and no front desk associate to welcome guest was unexpected. The dining and staff associates were very good in customer service and worked hard to please guest. Noisy in guest rooms.

I didn’t need a suite but AI Conan insisted I upgrade All this did was create a room that needs more cleaning for the cleaning staff I didn’t like the automated check in and the fact that there was no human at the hotel Also I would suggest that you provide transportation for your guests to the airport. Since all is virtual i really disnt see any staff however when i did they were friendly, i really didn't really have much interaction with anyone. Everything was clean and nice.

Didn't like remote check-in, took too much time, created a line of people. Didn't like there was no power for CPAP next to beds. Didn't like $5.00 12oz soda out of machine on 2nd floor. TV did not have great contrast. Did like fair price. Won't stay there again.

I’ve never checked into a hotel without having a human check you in. I had to talk to someone’s face on a computer. It was not welcoming at all! The only redeeming thing about this hotel is the delightful lady named Molly who works in the breakfast area.

Very clean and quiet even though so close to the airport. Breakfast offered could have been more robust. No real hot items except for make your own waffles and then EVERYONE was trying to get that. 3 people staying in our room but kept getting only 2 towel sets. Zero front desk staff so check in was remote and clearly out of country staff with difficult accents to hear through the speakers.

Clean safe. Tread mill that didn’t work and an elliptical and seated bicycle isn’t really a gym. Everything else is excellent. Housekeeping staff is excellent but virtual desk staff takes some adjusting for old folks like me.

The hotel itself was very good, clean and well appointed, “BUT” there is no front desk person present. In the afternoon the water was turned off-without notice! Then that evening we went to take showers—the water was back on but NO HOT WATER, (of course no notice on that either!) We called the front desk phone # we had- NO ANSWER at front desk. My husband went down to front desk- no help there either from anyone, ans no one was there. Ended up going to bed and FINALLY the water was hot in am. We (as well as several other guests) were not pleased-to say the least! If they are not going to have someone present at the front desk, then there at least should be a phone number to contact that actually answers! What happens in a “real emergency” situation? Would never stay here again, even tho the hotel appears fairly new and is very nice.

Stayed in a suite, was checked in to a room and the housekeeper was still cleaning. There were no utensils, there was no paper towels in the kitchen area. The glasses were mismatched, it was okay I went and bought all the amenities I required. Breakfast bar was typical continental breakfast, I passed on it and bought what I needed.
