The condo
Featuring two bedrooms and a den, the master suite has two walk-in closets, dual sinks, and a private water closet. Open floor plan from Kitchen to great room separate kitchen nook, breakfast bar, and dining room. The open floor plan has, 1616 sq/ft of living space with vaulted ceilings which makes it feel exceptionally spacious and inviting. There are ceramic tiles throughout the main living area, kitchen and bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, abundant raised panel cabinets and a pantry. The living room offers entertainment with a 60'' flat screen HDTV and a stereo with a Blu-ray DVD player. There is also a 50'' flat screen HDTV in the den and a 37'' in the master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit. There is a full wall of sliding glass doors that open up to the covered and screened lanai that overlooks the Nature Preserve.
